Treated to the annual Halloween Block Party

Thursday night was a big one if you’re a kid, or a kid at heart. Across Mason County, trick-or-treaters knocked on doors for free candy, dressed as everyone from Batman to Donald Trump. A huge crowd also turned out for the annual Halloween Block Party at Riverfront Park in Point Pleasant. Kids of all ages were treated to free candy, popcorn, hot dogs, drinks, giveaways and playtime on inflatables. Pictured are Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf (or shepherd), Mario and Luigi, and a scene from the crowd. The block party is funded through donations to keep it free for everyone.
