The junior duo of Carson Chambers and McKeehan Justus capped a remarkable season for the Point Pleasant boys tennis team this past weekend after falling in the semifinal round of the Class AA-A third doubles state tennis tournament held in Charleston, W.Va. The pair gave the Black Knights a state representative for the third consecutive postseason as they completed the year with a 19-3 overall mark. For the year, the PPHS boys went 16-3 during the regular season. Charleston Catholic won the boys championships in Class AA-A, while Parkersburg Catholic took the girls crown. (Submitted photo)
