A huge outpouring of appreciation is extended to the Point Pleasant City’s Administration for their assistance with the annual Easter Parade. This year’s parade along, with the 2016 parade, have been large in size, which makes the logistics a more difficult task. The concentration of the Easter Parade is to give a panoramic view of the life of Christ from Nativity to the Ascension. Thirty area churches are uniting together to make this parade possible. The route is a three miles long journey, therefore, it is a blessing to have the support of our city’s administration: Mayor Brian Billings, Police Chief Joe Veith and officers, Randy Hall and the street department crew have done a great job. Thank you.
