Sugar Plum Stroll this Saturday

POINT PLEASANT — All of the exclusive VIP tickets for the third annual Sugar Plum Stroll this Saturday on Main Street are sold out.

All those who purchased a VIP ticket are invited to attend a reception at Gallery at 409, beginning at 4:30 p.m., where these shoppers will be made to feel like true VIP’s. Each person will receive their swag bags and will have a chance to browse through their goodies. The stroll kicks off at 5 p.m., ending at 8 p.m.

“If you missed out on a VIP ticket, not to worry,” said Rebecca Farley, of Coach Rebecca, “All shoppers can take part in Sugar Plum Stroll Bingo and take a chance on the grand prize of the event, a basket of gifts from all these merchants and more.”

For Sugar Plum Stroll Bingo, each shopper will be given a bingo card and the goal will be for the individual to visit each participating business to receive a stamp in order to be eligible to win the grand prize. If a shopper makes a purchase at the business, the individual will receive extra tickets towards winning the grand prize.

Along with all of the holiday shopping taking place, Main Street will look as if Christmas is waiting at the door with festive decorations and lights. Also, participating businesses will be offering special deals for the shoppers and will holiday treats such as cookies, hot cocoa, and cider.

Participating businesses this year are Coach Rebecca, All About You Salon, Siders Jewelers, M&Z Boutique, Mason Jar, Willa’s Bible Bookstore, Lowe Hotel, Four Seasons Florist, Victoria’s Prom & Bridal Shop, Shabby to Chic, Mothman Museum, Bordman’s Furniture, Counter Point Cooperative, People’s Bank, Gallery at 409, Makers Loft, Solid Rock Studios, Point Pleasant Register, Main Street Sweets, Fringe Salon, Exclusive Reality, The Coffee Grinder, Faithful and Free, and Rio Bravo 2.

“We are excited to fill Main Street with Sugar Plums of all ages,” said Farley.
