Hatcher of Canal Winchester, Ohio, have all been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. According to the official criminal complaint filed in Mason County Magistrate Court, deputies with the Mason County Sheriff’s Department came in contact with the four men around 1:40 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 12 at a home located at 23 Penny Lane, Point Pleasant.

The illegal substances consisted of suspected heroin and suspected cocaine.
