George Edward Woodward, Sr., 84, of Gallipolis, died Wednesday March 13, 2013, at the Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, Florida.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday March 19, 2013, at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home with Pastor William Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Masonic services will be conducted at 8 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home by the Patriot Masonic Lodge. George’s sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Grace United Methodist Church in George’s memory.
