Dale W. Welsh, Sr. died on July 25, 2012, at the age of 74.
Services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre. Burial will follow in the Sand Hill Cemetery at Long Bottom, Ohio. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home and on hour prior to services on Saturday.
