2010 Mason County Fair passes on sale

POINT PLEASANT — Passes for the 2010 Mason County Fair are now available. The fair is scheduled for Aug. 9-14. Season passes are available at various businesses throughout the county.

The cost of the pass is $25 and includes admission to the fairgrounds all six days of the fair. Carnival rides are not included in the cost of the season pass, but those who have a pass may purchase a daily ride stamp for $5 if wishing to do so. General admission tickets are $7, Monday through Thursday and $8, Friday and Saturday with includes carnival rides.

In the Point Pleasant area, passes can be purchased at the following locations: BB&T, City National Bank, Cooperative Extension Office, Farmers Bank, Foodland, Fruth Pharmacy, Ohio Valley Bank, Peoples Bank - Main Street Branch, Peoples Bank-North Branch, S&S Food Mart and Southern States.

Mason area locations that are selling fair season passes are Bob’s Market and Greenhouse, City National Bank and Farmers Bank.

And in the New Haven area, City National Bank, Health Air Pharmacy and Vines & Roses are selling fair season passes.

The passes also are available at Yauger’s Farm Supply in Southside, Sassafras Tire in West Columbia and Stover Trucking in the Henderson area.
