POINT PLEASANT — Mason County will be taken over by little ghosts, goblins, witches and other costume clad children as area youngsters participate in trick-or-treat activities tonight.

For areas outside of municipalities, the Mason County Commission has set trick-or-treat from 5:30-6:30 p.m. this evening.

Other trick-or-treat times are:

• Point Pleasant, 5:30-6-30 p.m.

• Mason, 6-7 p.m.

• Hartford, 6-7 p.m.

• New Haven, 6-7 p.m.

• Leon, 6-7:30 p.m.

Other Halloween activities set for this evening include the annual Halloween Block Party at the Point Pleasant Riverfront Park, which is slated for 6-8 p.m. The Town of New Haven also will sponsor an after trick-or-treat party from 7:15-8:15 p.m. this evening at the New Haven Fire Department.
