LETART — There will be a benefit dinner with an auction and bike show for Barbara and Edwin Winters on Saturday, July 11 at the Letart Community Center.

Mayor’s night out concert slated for this evening
POINT PLEASANT — The mayor’s night out concert series will be 8-10 p.m. tonight at Point Pleasant Riverfront Park. The Packin Up Group will perform, and featured music styles will be southern rock, southern country and blues.
Cattle showmanship workshop set for Saturday
LEON — There will be a cattle showmanship workshop on Saturday, July 11 at the Pursley Farm on State Rt. 87. The workshop will begin at noon, and Chuck Pursley will give basic show pointers catered toward beginners with cattle projects for the fair. The event is hosted by the Busy 4’s 4-H Club.
