POINT PLEASANT — Mason County Ministerial Association announces that the annual baccalaureate service will be held Sunday, May 24 at 5 p.m. in the Paul and Lilly Wedge Auditorium at Point Pleasant High School.
The service will be a celebration of the blessings that God has bestowed upon the class of 2009, and of the blessings that these young men and women have been to each other, to their families, and to their communities.
All graduates from Mason County, their families and friends, and the public are invited.
City closed for holiday
POINT PLEASANT — The City of Point Pleasant offices will be closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.
Garbage will be picked up a day later than usual.
Memorial Monument dedication
POINT PLEASANT— There will be a dedication for the veterans Memorial Monument Saturday, May 23 at Pine Grove Cemetery.
