Anyone who grew up in Point Pleasant knows that spring has officially arrived when the Dairy Queen opens. This week, the DQ reopened from its winter hibernation to long lines and residents eager to taste a little hot dog sauce and feel a lot of sunshine on their faces. This weekend, residents in Point Pleasant, and Mason County, can have both, with temperatures expected to be in the 60s. The only blizzard warning this weekend is of the Oreo variety.
