Arrests

The Mason County Sheriff’s Department reports the following arrests: Sabrina L. Perry, 36, Southside, probation violation, arrested by Lt. Greene. Christopher Sturgeon, 31, Apple Grove, violation of bond, arrested by Sgt. Varian.

The Mason County Post of the West Virginia State Police reports the following arrests: Danyelle S. Ryans, 24, Detroit, Mich., possession less than 15 grams, obstructing, transported to Western Regional Jail, arrested by TFC S.C. Allen. Doris F. Frye, 30, Apple Grove, disorderly conduct, transported to Western Regional Jail, arrested by TFC S.C. Allen. Robert A. Reed, 32, Point Pleasant, fugitive from justice, petit larceny, transported to Western Regional Jail, arrested by Cpl. K.M. Gilley. Clyde G. Jordan, 56, Mt. Alto, domestic battery, transported to Western Regional Jail, arrested by Cpl. K.M. Gilley.

Circuit Court

The following cases were recently heard by Judge David W. Nibert in Mason County Circuit Court, according to the court docket filed in Circuit Clerk Bill Wither’s office: State v. Tyler D. Tuttle, waiver of extradition hearing, extradition waived. Donald R. Shepard, plea hearing set for 3 p.m., Feb. 25. State v. Brittany M. Black, status hearing, trial set for 9:30 a.m., April 5.
