Stella Mae Click Sayre, 94, of Evans, passed away February 21, 2013, at her home following an extended illness.

She was born November 22, 1918, in Leon, a daughter of the late Edward Leander and Mamie (Baker) Click. Her husband, Richard Sayre, a son, Dwight Wayne Sayre, and a daughter, Susie Matheny, also preceded her in death.

She was a former employee of Quality Manufacturing and a former personal care giver. She was a homemaker and attended the Smith Church, Leon.

Survivors include her sons, Oliver Allen (Janice) Sayre of Point Pleasant, and Richard Royall Sayre of Leon; daughters, Dorothy (Paul) Grimm of Letart, and Marie (Robert) Withrow of Cross Lanes; 14 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.

Service will be 1 p.m. Monday, February 25, 2013, at Casto Funeral Home Chapel in Evans, with the Rev. Gerald B. Sayre officiating. Burial will follow in the Spruce Cemetery, Evans. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
