Jeffery Leonard “Tom” Roush, 48, of Point Pleasant, went home to the Lord on Friday, February 15, 2013. He was born on December 5, 1964, to the late Pastor Charles Roush and Donna Roush. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
Jeff was a USMC veteran, where he earned several awards. He was the owner of R&B Electric and a lifetime member of the Marine Corps League. He loved golfing, raising pigs and coaching the boys Junior High Football Team. But, his most important role was being a husband and father.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Tracy; his children, Justin, Amanda, Morgan and Johnathon; his mother, Donna Roush; his brother, Charles “Jr.” Roush; his sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and John Cook, of Catawba, N.C.; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Judy and Paul Masterson, of Ind.; and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, February 21, 2013, at the Bellemead United Methodist Church, with Rev. James Lawson officiating. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery, with military honors rendered by the United States Marine Corps. Visitation will also be held from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday evening, February 20, 2013, at the church.
