Roy Franklin Boggs, Sr., 79, of Middleport, Ohio, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013, in Edgewood Manor II, Lucasville, Ohio.
According to Roy’s wishes, there will be no services. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis is honored to handle the arrangements for the Boggs family.
