Grace Yvonne Mayhorn, 58, of Gallipolis, Ohio, died on January 23, 2013 at The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, January 27 at Wilcoxen Funeral Home, Point Pleasant. Burial will be held in the Taylor-Wood Family Cemetery, Henderson. Visitation is from 1-2 p.m., Sunday, January 27 at the funeral home.
