MASON COUNTY — Those who received grand jury indictments last week appeared before Judge David W. Nibert again this week for arraignments, entering pleas to their charges and scheduling pretrial hearings as well as trial dates.

Christopher Arrington, 33, Gallipolis Ferry, not guilty to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy, pretrial 11 a.m., Feb. 7, trial on Feb. 19. Misty D. Litchfield, 40, Henderson, not guilty to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy, pretrial at 11 a.m., Feb. 7, trial Feb. 19. Robin Zuransky, 44, Gallipolis Ferry, not guilty to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy, pretrial at 11 a.m., Feb. 7, trial on Feb. 19, bond adjustment to $20,000 surety, appointed Attorney R. Michael Shaw, Jr.

Brittany M.
