Otis H. McNutt, 90, of New Haven, passed away at his home on January 9, 2013 after an extended illness.
He was born on October 8, 1922, in Oklahoma, son of the late Albert and Catherine Hoyt McNutt. Mr. McNutt was a United States Navy veteran with 20 years of service to his country.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister and a brother from California and a son, Michael McNutt, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Rogers McNutt of New Haven; daughters, Bernetta Ward of New Haven, Catherine (Jerry) Dunbar of Connecticut; son, Otis H. McNutt, Jr. of Connecticut; daughter-in-law, Mary McNutt of Point Pleasant; three sisters in Arkansas; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Cremation services were under the direction of Anderson Funeral Home in New Haven.
