State v. Johnny Scott Hall, trial set for 9:30 a.m., Jan. 22, 2013, pretrial set for morning of trial. State v. Bryan David Darst, sentenced to not less than two nor more than 10 years, probation denied. State v. Pedro Joseph Leon, plea agreement regarding operating or attempt to operate clandestine drug lab charge, continued to 9:30 a.m, Jan. 10, 2013 for sentencing. State v. Candace Layne Jones, suspension of imposition of sentence, probation two years, day report. Tracy’s Apartments, LLC v. Coleman and Gleason, bench trial, rescheduled for 2 p.m., Dec. 20.
