Carroll Wayne Johnson, 81, Middleport, Ohio, died November 26, 2012, at Overbrook Rehabilitation Center.
At Mr. Johnson’s request, a private service will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home.
