Arrests

The Mason County Sheriff’s Department reports the following arrests: Steven Hupp, 42, Apple Grove, disorderly conduct, arrested by F. Terry. Charles Mattox, 39, Leon, violation of domestic violence petition, domestic battery, arrested by Powell. Jessica Thompson, 33, Southside, obstructing an officer, arrested by Powell.

The Point Pleasant Police Department recently released its monthly activity report for October which includes 41 citations, 10 misdemeanor arrests, three felony arrests, 11 accident reports, 35 complaint reports, two warning citations. PPPD officers arrested and transported the following to the Western Regional Jail: Joshua E. Buttrick, fugitive from justice times two; David M. Hindy, Jr., domestic battery; Marvin R. Mayes, public intoxication, obstructing officer; Jessalyn M. Leport, underage consumption, obstructing officer.
