POINT PLEASANT — A juvenile was injured and flown for treatment of their injuries after a traffic accident Monday afternoon.
The accident occurred outside of the Point Pleasant city limits, a few miles out Sand Hill Rd. Some residents near the scene were reported to be without power after a power pole was struck.
The Mason County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the accident. No word on the driver’s condition and due to the driver being under 18, a name will not be released.
