Leeta T. Smith, 81, of Point Pleasant, W.Va., died on November 12, 2012, at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center.
At her request there will be no service or visitation. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, W.Va., is serving the family.
