Hazel I. Flowers, passed away October 17, 2012, in Mount Carmel East Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.

She was a member of the Creston United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Janice (John) Hook; son, Ronald (Barbara) Flowers; grandsons, Ronald W. Flowers, Mark D. (Rhonda) Flowers; great-granddaughters, Kortney and Karley; brother, Denver (Laura Belle) Casto, and several nieces and nephews.

Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, October 20, 2012, at the Creston Church with the Rev. Gerald B. Sayre officiating. Burial will follow in the Creston Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until time of service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to: Mt. Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio. O.R. Woodyard Co., Columbus, Ohio, and Casto Funeral Home, Evans, W.Va. are providing arrangements.
