Marlin F. James, 82, Gallipolis, Ohio, died Saturday, September 1, 2012, at Arbors at Gallipolis.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Garland Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. There will be full military rites at the graveside by the members of the Gallia County Funeral Detail. Friends may call at from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at Willis Funeral Home.
