Terry Brent Stephens, 56, of Gallipolis, died Wednesday, August 29, 2012, in the Holzer Medical Center.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday, August 31, 2012, at the Cremeens Funeral Chapel. In keeping with Terry’s request, there will be no funeral service. Cremation will follow visitation and burial will be in the Flagsprings Cemetery near Waterloo.
