Jaime L. Fraley Supple, 35, of Gallipolis, died Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at Kings Daughters Medical Center Emergency Room, Ashland, Kentucky.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Monday, August 13, 2012, at the Willis Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12-2 p.m., prior to the service on Monday.
