Dorothy Elaine Smith, 78, of Lima, Ohio died on Monday, July 16, 2012, at 7:13 p.m., at the Lima Convalescent Home in Lima, Ohio.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2012, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home and one hour prior to the funeral service on Friday.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 20, 2012 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Walnut Grove, Delphos, Ohio.
