Rev. Edward Joseph Nunnally, Jr., 79, of Pickerington, Ohio, died Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Abbington of Pickerington.

He was born February 6, 1933 in Smithers, W.Va. to the late Okla Kathleen Glover and Edward Joseph Nunnally, Sr. He was a Point Pleasant High School, Class of 1950 graduate. Proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Member of Evangel Temple, Gahanna. He enjoyed sports, reading, music, and creative writing.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Eva (Whaley) Nunnally and grandson, Matthew Joseph Voorhies.

Joe is survived by his children, Steven (Silky) Bailey, Becky (Tom) LeMond, Rev. John (Tammy) Nunnally, and Eric (Doreen) Nunnally; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Ann (Virgil) Carroll; and many cousins and friends.

Calling hours will be held 10 a.m. - noon, Wednesday at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home, 550 Hill Road North, Pickerington, where a funeral service will follow at noon with Rev.
