The Mason County Detachment of the West Virginia State Police reports the following arrests: Jimmy W. Eads, 58, Leon, obstruction and fleeing on foot, arrested May 5 and transported to Western Regional Jail, investigated by Trooper A.B. Wilson. Christina Waugh, 30, Apple Grove, fugitive from justice, arrested May 8 and transported to Western Regional Jail, investigated by Trooper S.C. Allen. Lindsey Rogers, 28, Glenwood, fugitive from justice, arrested May 9 and transported to the Western Regional Jail, investigated by Trooper S.C. Allen. Robert D. Saxton, 29, Huntington, failure to pay child support, arrested May 9, bond set at $10,000, transported to Western Regional Jail, investigated by Trooper S.C. Allen. James M. Kirker, 44, Point Pleasant, arrested for worthless check on May 11, released on bond, investigated by Trooper S.C. Allen.

Mason County Sheriff’s Department

The Mason County Sheriff’s Department reports the following arrests: David B. Bryant, 57, Cottageville, DUI causing bodily injury, arrested on May 11 by Peterson. Daniel Higginbotham, 28, Gallipolis Ferry, DUI first offense, arrested on May 12 by Varian. Clinton D. Craft, 49, Letart, domestic assault and brandishing a deadly weapon, arrested on May 15 by Powell.
