Ruth E. Simpkins, 83, of Delaware, Ohio, died Sunday morning, January 15, 2012, at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, 75 W. William St., Delaware, Ohio, where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Park. Memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
