Jerry Tucker defeated both Larry Daniel and Bob Smith with a final tally of 82 votes. Daniel received 47 votes and Smith received 20 votes.
Six candidates were running five council seats in the Mason. The top five vote in the results were as follows, Marty Yeager, 112; Robert Wing, 86; Shelley Mayes Allensworth, 85; Ralph Ross, 50; and Emily Henry, 35. Stella O’Bryan received 34 votes.
