POINT PLEASANT — After meeting on Tuesday, a grand jury in Mason County has indicted 19 people with nine of those criminal indictments involving alleged meth-making activities.

Those individuals who received indictments are to appear in Mason County Circuit Court at 9:15 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 6.

Receiving indictments according to the Mason County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office are: Michael Aeiker, 23, Apple Grove, child abuse resulting in bodily injury. Tommy Lee Allen, 18, Glenwood, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of altered pseudoephedrine, conspiracy. Daniel Cartwright, 26, Huntington, grand larceny. Anthony P. Chandler, 29, Glenwood, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. Bryan D. Darst, 25, Point Pleasant, robbery in the first degree. Bryan David Darst, 25, Point Pleasant, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. Sarah B. Hill, 25, Gallipolis Ferry, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of altered pseudoephedrine.

Richard Allen Hurt, 19, Gallipolis, Ohio, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. Candace Layne Jones, 26, Gallipolis Ferry, burglary, petit larceny, conspiracy. Brittany S. Lambert, 21, Glenwood, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. Robert E. Lee, 40, Gallipolis, Ohio, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. Pedro J. Nickolas McGuire, 20, New Haven, breaking and entering. Shane D. Neal, 32, Point Pleasant, two counts access device fraud. Shane Daniel Neal, 32, Point Pleasant, robbery in the second degree. J. T. Reynolds, 23, Gallipolis Ferry, seven counts access device fraud, two counts forgery, two counts uttering. Michael A. Salmons, 28, Ashton, operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of altered pseudoephedrine, conspiracy.
