MASON COUNTY — Judge David W. Nibert recently heard the following cases in Mason County Circuit Court according to the official court docket filed in the office of Circuit Clerk Bill Withers: State v. Brenton Glover, sentenced to one to three years with department of corrections, credit for 205 days served. State v. David L. Darst, Jr., plea agreement, sentencing set for 9:30 a.m., May 20. State v. Christopher J. Arrington, sentencing continued to 9:30 a.m., May 31. State v. Megan Huddleston, sentenced to six months to two years with department of corrections. State v. Jacob C. Spradlin, hearing on motion to revoke supervised release continued to 10 a.m., May 31. State v. David McCormick, granted motion to terminate extended supervision. State v.
