Shepard, sentenced with credit for 90 days time served, granted home confinement with sentencing to begin April 25, pay costs and fees. State v. Tommy L. Allen, plea, pre-sentence investigation with sentencing at 9:30 a.m., May 20. State v. Gregory N. Richardson, foresnsic hearing continued to 10 a.m., June 10. State v. Scott Ramey, case dismissed. McCausland v. Brown, pretrial hearing. State v. Robert A. Jordan, III, home confinement reinstated. Barhart v. Big River Mining, pretrial on April 30. State v. Kimberly Miller, hearing continued to 10:30 a.m., May 20. State v. Richard A. Hurt, plea, hearing set for 2 p.m., June 17. State v. Robert E. Lee, plea with condition of one to five years home confinement, pay costs and restitution. State v. Howard E. Shirley, waiver of extradition granted. State v. Brittany M. Black, plea, pre-sentencing investigation, sentencing set for 11:30 a.m., May 31. State v. Joshua McCormick, pre-sentence investigation, hearing at 9:30 a.m., May 20.
