The Mason County Sheriff’s Department reports the following arrests: Michael L. Eddy, 36, Gallipolis Ferry, driving revoked DUI, arrested by Cpl. Terry. Carl G. Adkins, 49, Ashton, possession of controlled substance, arrested by Cpl. Powell.

The following cases were recently heard in Mason County Circuit Court by Judge David W. Nibert, according to the court docket filed in the office of Circuit Clerk Bill Withers: State v.
