Teri L. Gothard, 52, Gallipolis, died Wednesday, September 19, 2012, in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, September 24, 2012, in the Cremeens Funeral Chapel. Rev. Jack Harless will officiate. Interment will be in the Prospect Cemetery. Friends may call from noon until the time of the service at the funeral home.
