Margaret E. (Berkley) Zeiher, 94 of Johnstown, OH, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009.

Margaret was born on March 30, 1915 in Letart, WV to the late John Cullen and Mabel (Rayburn) Roush. She was a member of the Johnstown United Methodist Church and an Honorary Lifetime Member of the Whitehall Senior Citizens Club.

Margaret is survived by her daughters; Violet Neighbarger, Virginia (George) Freas; daughters-in-law Charlotte Berkley and Ruth Berkley; brothers, William (Lucy) Cullen and Joseph Cullen; sister Dora Weaver, 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Margaret is preceded in death by her adopted parent, John Fry, her husbands, Lawrence “Dyke” Berkley in 1974 and Thomas Zeiher in 1991; daughter, Atricia Randolph; sons, John, Ralph and Brooks Berkley, along with two sisters and a grandson.

A funeral service was held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009 at Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N Main St., Johnstown, OH with Pastor Kenn Barton officiating. Interment followed at Green Hill Cemetery in Johnstown, OH.

The family received friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made in loving memory of Margaret to the donor’s choice.
