POINT PLEASANT — Halftime Sports Bar and Grill in Point Pleasant has reportedly been closed since Wednesday of this week with no apparent explanation why.
The Viand Street establishment was formerly a Bennigan’s restaurant, but changed over to Halftime this past summer. The business is owned by Richard K. Rose.
There are no signs on the building’s exterior that would give a clue about why it was closed or if it would be open in the near future.
According to the Halftime Website, halftimerocks.com, there are two other locations, at the Charleston Town Center and in Athens, Ohio. However, there is no information about either of those locations on the respective pages on the site.
