JACKSON — The postseason road is now set for the Gallia Academy soccer team following Sunday’s Division II sectional drawing at Jackson High School.
The Blue Devils (6-6-3) — who set a school record with wins — earned a six-seed and will travel to Athens County to take on third-seeded Athens (9-3-2) in a sectional semifinal.
That match will take place at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, in The Plains.
The winner of that match will take on either Chillicothe or Waverly in the sectional final at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24.
