Benjamin H. Skinner, 74, of Pomeroy, Ohio, died on September 11, 2012.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2012, at the Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
