Charles G. Rusk, sentenced to West Virginia Division of Corrections for one to five years, consecutively. In July, Rusk entered a plea of guilty to conspiracy to operate or attempt to operate a clandestine drug lab. Rusk was sentenced on Friday in Mason County Circuit Court by Judge David W. Nibert.

Shaffer, 34, Glenwood, arraignment for indictment of operate or attempt to operate a clandestine drug lab, manufacture a controlled substance, conspiracy. State v. Michael J. Craig, review. Hill and Leach v. Pleasant Valley Hospital, pretrial hearing, trial is slated for Sept. 17. Bales and Milhoan v. McDade, pretrial hearing with trial on Sept. 17.
