MASON COUNTY — Plea agreements have been reached in several drug-related cases heard this week in Mason County Circuit Court.


Timothy Harold Nelson, Southside, was indicted by a May grand jury for operate or attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, five counts prohibited person in possession of a firearm, two counts possession of a controlled substance, possession of pseudoephedrine, ephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, conspiracy. This week, Nelson accepted a plea agreement and pleaded guilty to the felony offense of manufacture a controlled substance and felony conspiracy. Nelson’s sentencing is set for 10 a.m., Sept. 23.


Sabrina Lynn Perry, Southside, was indicted by a May grand jury for operate or attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacture a controlled substance, two counts possession of a controlled substance, possession of pseudoephedrine, ephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, conspiracy. This week, Perry reached a plea agreement and pleaded guilty to felony conspiracy. Her sentencing is set for 10 a.m., Sept. 23.


April Elaine Craft, Letart, was indicted by a May grand jury for operate or attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. This week, she reached a plea agreement where she pleaded guilty to attempt to committ a felony. Her sentencing is at 9:45 a.m., Oct. 7.


Raven Marie Wallace, Point Pleasant, was indicted by a May grand jury for operate or attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of pseudoephedrine, ephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, manufacture a controlled substance. This week, Wallace reached a plea agreement and pleaded guilty to attempt to commit a felony. Her sentencing date is at 9:30 a.m., Oct. 7.


These cases were heard by Judge David W. Nibert on Tuesday with the state represented by staff from the office of Mason County Prosecuting Attorney Craig Tatterson.
