Wanted for felony escape
The Mason County Home Confinement Office reports a Point Pleasant man registered in the program, is missing. Andrew S. Dowler, 22, is alleged to have cut his home confinement GPS bracement on June 6 and escaped. The bracelet was recovered. He is 5’11”, weighs 145 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes. A warrant for felony escape has been issued against Dowler. Officers believe he is still in the area. Roush, driving revoked DUI. Nathan S. Halley, operate or attempt to operate clandestine lab. Bobbi J. Stranahan, operate or attempt to operate clandestine lab. Joshua P. Akers, capias warrant domestic battery. Andrew E. Travis, manufacture marijuana times four. Jeffrey L. Hatfield, trespassing, obstructing an officer times three. Jeremy L. Buck, posession of controlled substance, capias.
