Scripture Cake

1 cup Judges 5:25 (butter)

2 cups Jeremiah 6:20 (sugar)

2 cups Isaiah 10:14 (eggs)

1 cup Genesis 24:17 (water)

3 ½ cups I Kings 4:22 (flour)

2 tsp. Exodus 34:20; (cinnamon)

I Kings 10:10 (spices)

Pinch of Leviticus 2:13 (salt)

2 cups I Samuel 30:12 (raisins)

½ cup Numbers 17:8, chopped (nuts)

Mix well. Pour into greased, 12x8x2 pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm with butter

You may swirl a lemon and ginger glaze over top of warm cake: powdered sugar, ground ginger and lemon juice.
